Our History
With hundreds of
recruitment consultancies in existence covering every possible
general and niche sector some may ask what we were hoping to
achieve when Sacco Mann was established in January 1997.
John Sacco and
Rachael Mann had previously worked together for several years
specialising in Legal Recruitment for a large national company and
establishing themselves as leaders in their field. They felt
passionate about providing a quality service and their success was
evidence that their approach worked.
Increasing
bureaucracy and commercial targets limited their ability to tailor
their service to meet the ever changing needs of their
clients. In short their existing firm's corporate objectives
were increasingly at odds with John and Rachael's professional
approach to treating both clients and candidates in the way they
themselves wished to be treated.
From here it was
a natural step to realise that they needed to sit down together and
work out the key elements of their success and ethos and to
encompass those in a company that they could be proud of.
