Who I am and what I can do for
you?
I'm an experienced Legal
Recruiter with a wide knowledge of recruiting specialist IP
professionals, Solicitors and Non-Qualified Legal Professionals
throughout the UK. I joined the Patent and Trade Mark Division of
Sacco Mann in December 2009 when I relocated to
Yorkshire. I recruit IP professionals at all levels throughout
the UK and further afield, within private practice and industry.
With a background in legal practice, I've now been recruiting
in the Legal / IP sectors since 2006. I have the ability
to deal with a wide range of clients and I am mindful of
the needs of both smaller independent firms as well as larger
multi-national businesses.
What else
should you know about me?
I enjoy good food (too much)
and all sports - particularly Rugby Union, but having abandoned
dreams of an international career my playing days are now
largely behind me; I now enjoy being highly vociferous on the
touchline with pint in hand.
If I wasn't doing what I'm
doing now, what alternative career would I choose and
why?
If I was not recruiting I would
choose a career in Sports Journalism. This would allow me to
combine my love of sport and travel with a job where I
could justifiably voice my opinions (something I'm never
afraid to do!)
Likes: Sport, food,
classic comedy (Blackadder / Fawlty Towers / Alan Partridge), The
Beatles, films (especially adaptations of books I have read),
historical fiction. Theme Parks, Disney, Forgetting my age and
being a big kid!
Dislikes: Z-list
celebrities, hunger, waiting too long to be served in a restaurant,
bad manners, poor customer service, tiredness.

me: Fun, hard-working, determined, sensible,
friendly.
