John Sacco
Who am I and what can I do
for you?
I am one of the founders of Sacco
Mann and have been ingrained in legal recruitment for 20 years or
so. Since setting up Sacco Mann in early 1997 (with
Rachael Mann) we have followed the simple rule of recruiting
talent, demanding high quality standards and then empowering
people. The result is a business which we can be justifiably proud
of. One that is highly regarded, a trusted partner to many of the
best solicitors firms in the regions and in itself robust,
profitable and continuing to grow.
Over the years I have combined a
modicum of ability with a significant amount of hard work and have
built a strong (I like to think good) personal reputation and
significant, wide ranging, contacts. I currently specialise in
private practice matters in the North West region with a particular
strength in partner level appointments. My client base ranges from
major national firms right the way through to well run town
practices to many of whom I am fortunate to be the sole
supplier.
What else
should you know about me?
Out of work I principally provide
banking and transport facilities to two teenage daughters and can
be found every other Saturday at the Britannia Stadium following
the phoenix like rise of the mighty Stoke City.
If I wasn't doing what I'm
doing now, what alternative career would I choose and
why?
I don't want a Plan B. If I
couldn't have the role I have now, I would prepare a CV, apply to
Sacco Mann and work my way back up.

City Football Club, most sports, decent food, anything to do with
the beach and water generally (swimming, diving, boating, falling
of windsurfers etc).
Dislikes: Not many.
Five words
that describe me: Not very
complicated.
