Practice team remains the core of our business and continues to go
from strength to strength. We are without doubt a market leader in
the field. We are on the vast majority of the major PSLs, work
exclusively with a number of clients and have an excellent
reputation. Our track record has seen us act for a myriad of
solicitors who have gone on to carve out impressive and successful
careers with their new firms. Many of these solicitors are now in
turn our clients and we are proud to see a second (and even third)
generation of relationships forming.
Our consultants
are specialists in the area and we are immensely proud of the
quality of the talent we can offer. Not only do we have decades of
experience but the closeness of many of our relationships is

known for the work we do with the mainstream or core legal areas
like Commercial Property, Corporate and Commercial law, Commercial
Litigation, Employment and the like, we also have a strong level of
expertise in the niche areas Pensions, Professional Negligence,
Projects, Defendant Personal Injury, Insurance Fraud, Corporate
Recovery, Planning, Business Fraud, Health and Safety and
Regulatory matters.
Unlike some of
our competition, the General Practice market remains an integral
part of what we do. We are seeing an upsurge in areas like Family /
Matrimonial work, Personal Injury, Private Client, Residential
Conveyancing, Agricultural Law, Housing Litigation, and Crime. In
many cases, we act as the exclusive consultancy for practices of
this nature. As we have grown to understand the "DNA" of their
business, their personalities, and their ambitions, we are able to
match candidates with a high degree of accuracy, connecting 'talent
with opportunity' in both parties' best interests.
