Asset Finance – City of London - KW34323
Our client is an international law firm with a highly regarded asset finance team, which it is seeking to complement with an additional lawyer with experience of either Aviation or Ship Finance. Solicitors will be expected to have trained with a leading City firm, known for their asset finance work, before qualifying into a team which is renowned for their work in aviation or ship finance. Crucially, candidates will have handled some of the following in the course of their employment:
• Sale and Purchase Agreements regarding either Aircraft or Ships
• Loan Facilities and Securitisation Documents.
• Shipbuilding or Aircraft construction contracts
The firm is located in the City of London and is offering a City rate remuneration package coupled with an excellent benefits package. Although the vast majority of the work will revolve around Aviation and Ship Finance, at times it will be necessary to work alongside other areas of the asset finance team as well as the banking, corporate, and aviation/ship litigation teams.
