Leading national firm is seeking a strong Banking Litigator to join their expanding Finance Litigation team in Leeds.
The Banking and Finance team is recognised nationally as one of the strongest in the field and acts on behalf of 30 major clearing banks, building societies, finance houses, leasing companies, factors and invoice discounters on all aspects of lending, security and litigation.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years PQE and proven experience in banking litigation, there will also be a business development aspect to this role and consequently a proven background in this or some portable contacts to bring to the business is also being looked for. In return there are real career prospects within a firm that has proved itself to offer a truly meritocratic environment and has a track record of growth, even in a difficult economic environment.
