Based within the London office this is a real opportunity to work alongside some of the leading Biotech practitioners in the IP sector. Candidates can expect to receive the very best in terms of client portfolios, acting for UK and overseas companies, multinational corporations, universities & governmental institutions. This firm in particular has an immense reputation for oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office in respect of patents relating to chemical and biotechnological inventions.
The ideal candidate will either be a Qualified or Part-Qualified Patent Attorney with a focus on Biotech work. Many of the existing team has been educated beyond undergraduate level while applications are welcome from those without, those with MSc or PhD qualifications will undoubtedly have an advantage.
My client welcomes applications from candidates coming out of a similar private practice or alternatively those who have gained exposure to an industry environment.
