This vacancy has now expired.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and dynamic Paralegal specialising in Personal Injury to join an expanding team at an international law firm in their Leeds office. This is a hands on role where you will take on your own broad caseload, as well as assist fee earners with more complex files. This is a great opportunity to really establish yourself in this practice area.

This role is made even better due to the high standards of care and investment that our client will place in you. As a national law firm with an international reach, they will be as invested in your career development as you are and the sky is the limit in terms of places this role could take you. Those looking to take on the next challenge in their career are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
-Joining a busy casualty injury team, you will take on your own caseload of varied EL/PL claims.
-Predominantly, this will cover litigated fast track files but there will also be some multi track work as well.
-This is a great opportunity to also assist Fee Earners on more complex Catastrophic Injury files alongside your own caseload.
-You will work with a top quality client base that will cover both insurer and self-insured companies.
-You will be encouraged to get involved in Business Development and support the marketing and networking of the department.

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered, you must have experience working within Personal Injury, ideally defendant but claimant also considered, and be able to run your own caseload confidently.
- Those with experience of higher value multi track or catastrophic claims would be ideal, but this is not essential.
-Taking on a client facing role, you must be a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-You must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and aptitude.

Benefits:
-Competitive Salary
-Opportunity to work at an international law firm
