Charities Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our clients Charities department for a solicitor to join this well regarded team with a strong national reputation. The team advise all types of national and local charities including grantmaking charities, service providers and independent schools across the full range of their operations.

The role will involve running your files from beginning to end, undertaking negotiations with clients and the Charity Commission, drafting documents, participating in marketing activities and delivering formal and on-the-job training to secretaries, trainee solicitors and/or newly qualified solicitors.

The role will be based in the firms Newcastle office. The ideal candidate will have between 1-2 years PQE and some experience of advising charities.
