The appointee will form an integral part of the close-knit Chemistry team with a focus on Pharmaceutical work .You will handle complex, large scale litigation as well as opposition, drafting and prosecution work.
The successful applicant will enjoy a quasi in-house relationship with a high profile, existing key client whilst also having ample scope to work for other stimulating clients. Those looking to bring and develop their own clients would be welcomed, but perhaps unusually in the current market, there is no need to bring a following.
You should either be at Partner level or on the cusp of Partnership with a proven track record in contentious work. Those with either a private practice or in-house background will be considered although some private practice experience would be preferred.
