Chemistry Patent Attorney required for a leading ands growing IP firm who have a new an innovative approach to their work. By applying an in-house mentality to their growing Private Practice, this firm is continuing to win new business which has resulted in substantial growth over the last 12-18months. They are marked out by their commercial acumen, ability to understand their clients & having the ability & mentality to go the extra mile.

The firm’s growth is mirrored by the Chemistry team which has achieved excellent results working as part of the broader Science group. They continue to work on behalf of clients who appreciate the importance of protecting their IP but doing so with a commercial focus. This is one of the strengths of this team. Going beyond the role of the traditional Patent Attorney, this firm prides itself on hiring those IP professionals who have the ability to see the larger picture and advise on not just the IP itself but its application in a wider commercial context. As a result of continued growth they now seek a new Attorney who may be finalist / recently qualified or at Associate level; the key is the quality of your experience and client facing skills.

You will be a Chemistry Patent Attorney who has gained good quality experience in your career thus far. Candidates from an In-House background have a track record of doing well at this firm but Private Practice candidates are encouraged to apply. The key with this business is to display an ability to be credible in front of clients and display some genuine commercial acumen. Candidates may have an Organic or Inorganic background as for the right candidate, gaps can be found in the team across the board. Academic proficiency would be an advantage.
