Are you a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in all kinds of Childcare matters? Do you prefer working in a traditional practice and in a friendly and supportive working environment? If so, this is the role for you. Running your own caseload covering a broad spectrum of Childcare matters, this is a traditional role that should not be missed.

Our client is a highly regarded, top Legal 500 firm that takes a traditional approach to its work and clients. Having been established for a number of years, they boast a well-regarded and sociable Childcare team that would welcome a new addition.

The Role:
-Joining a small and friendly team, you will work closely with an experienced Partner and Solicitor.
-Working within a dedicated Childcare team, you will run your own privately funded caseload covering a broad spectrum of matters.
-This will include matters of residence, contact, financial claims, as well as relocation work.
-The team are hugely successful and are accredited by the Law Society so you can expect high quality work.

The Candidate:
-For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Childcare Law and can confidently run your own caseload from start to completion.
-The ideal candidate would be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, however, a non-qualified Fee Earner with considerable experience will also be considered.
-The role is extremely client facing so you must be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
