An award-winning North Yorkshire firm has an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner to become part of their highly regarded team.
Our Legal 500 client is a specialist personal injury firm dedicated to providing excellent client service. The firm is looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working on a wide ranging clinical negligence caseload and in return you will join a renowned and experienced team and become a valuable member of the department.

The Role:
-You will be responsible for managing a broad-ranging caseload of claimant clinical negligence work, including but not limited to brain and spinal injury, cosmetic surgery, misdiagnoses, GP and care home negligence.
-You will be working in a busy, expanding firm, and will be constantly working to further the firm's reputation in the area.
-You will deliver a high-quality service to a range of clients on a daily basis

The Candidate:
-Our client is happy to look at a broad range of experience so long as you can handle a varied clinical negligence caseload.
- Ideally you will be a Chartered Legal Executives but they will also consider a non-qualified fee earner if you have the relevant experience
-You should be willing to pick up an existing and broad-ranging caseload of clinical negligence matters and be capable on working on higher value complex cases.
-You should be hard-working, communicative, and passionate about delivering an excellent service to all clients.
