Commercial Paralegal – Cambridge

A well respected, Cambridge based company is looking to add a Paralegal to their talented In-house team.

The role will entail you working across a variety of commercial agreements with assistance from solicitors in the department. You will offer Paralegal support by drafting and reviewing various contracts that impact the business, from low level supply agreements to large, complex licencing contracts.

You will have experience working across a non-contentious commercial caseload with a proven ability in reviewing and drafting contracts. In-house exposure would be advantageous but not essential.

The company is forward thinking and they are keen to invest time into developing their employees.

Salary – market rate depending on experience
