Forward thinking mid tier commercial firm is seeking a commercial property partner to join the firm initially as a partner/senior associate in the team and in due course to take over as head of department.

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for a commercial property lawyer who has spent the majority of his/her career in Newcastle and who ideally will have a following of clients/contacts to bring with them

The firm is a succesful full service commercial firm and the commercial property work they do involves a mixed bag of matters; the typical client base is SME's/OMB's and a growing number of larger clients.

You will need to be a "natural leader" and have been accustomed to a great deal of autonomy in your current role. You will also boast the energy and passion to drive the department forward for the long term as well as a sound knowledge of the Newcastle market.
