This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to take the next step in their career.

The Role

From day one you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of all commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, landlord and tenant matters such as leases and licences, development work and more for a range of local clients
You will act for a broad range of clients which are predominately SME based with some owner managers and some PLC's too
You will be expected to manage your own case load and have the ability to meet financial targets year on year
You will be given the chance to work a variety of transactions ranging from those more complex through to smaller deals.
You will join a nice sized team and enjoy the benefit of plenty of support

The Candidate

You must have solid commercial property experience and excellent commercial acumen. Solid client care skills and team working skills are essential, together with excellent communication and drafting skills.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has between 1-5 years PQE, however this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
