Commercial Property Solicitor

£30,000 to £45,000 per annum
Job type:
Permanent, Full time
Practice area:
Commercial Property
Job reference:

Are you a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking for the chance to kick-start your career? Or are you a junior solicitor looking to take on more responsibility? Do you want to work in one of the UK's longest established law firms? If so, this role in Grantham could be the one for you!

Our client is an award-winning, full-service law practice with offices across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. The firm has been established in the region for over a century and as such has forged strong ties with local communities and businesses. The firm boasts an enviable reputation for its commercial work and has a particular strength in commercial property. The commercial property department is becoming increasingly busy and as such is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join the team in Grantham.

Due to the department's busy nature, the successful solicitor can hit the ground running with a full commercial property caseload the level of autonomy will be dependent on experience and support will be provided wherever necessary. Matters include, but are not limited to, landlord and tenant; freehold acquisitions and disposals; bank finance and development.

What makes this opportunity different is the ability to assist in the business development and marketing activities of the department from an early stage, making this a great opportunity for an outgoing individual who is looking for a challenge.

Our client envisages the successful candidate to be 1+ years PQE, however more important than an exact PQE level is a candidate who is technically strong and passionate about this area of law. The firm is therefore happy to consider individuals who fall outside of this bracket, yet can demonstrate the necessary abilities and enthusiasm for the role.

So if you are a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for an exciting role in which to begin your career, or perhaps you are a junior solicitor looking for that step up, why not apply?

How to Apply:
If you are interested in this role, or would like to find out more, please contact Andrew Purdy at Sacco Mann or another member of our Private Practice team.
