A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and well regarded department in Derby. You will ideally be able to hit the ground running with your own caseload, however the firm can also consider those needing support too. The work itself will cover a variety of Commercial Property work including landlord and tenant, leases, licences and variety of other matters.

Our client is very well established in the East Midlands area with numerous offices and an enviable client base that you would have complete access to. The Role:

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be working in a small but supportive team, having access to a broad range of commercial property matters.

Your typical caseload will include landlord and tenant, leases and assignments, acquisitions and disposals, to name a few.

There is fantastic support on offer coming from the senior members of the team.

Due to our client's enviable client base, you will be liaising confidently with clients from varied backgrounds but more importantly, will have close contact with them allowing you to really build and develop relationships.

The Candidate:

Ideally, our client is looking to recruit someone who recently qualified as a commercial property solicitor (NQ) right through to those with 3 years PQE.

That said, if your experience falls closely outside of this range then please don't hesitate to apply as the firm is more than happy to be fairly flexible with this requirement. You will have a keenness to really progress and develop your career.
