Our client, a complete legal service firm in Nottinghamshire is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team.
The work handled by the team is very varied and of excellent quality and includes sale and purchases of commercial properties, property development and granting and assigning of leases/underleases and associated issues. The team has experience of acting for clients from a variety of sectors both within the local region and throughout the rest of the country.
The department also handle agricultural work and if the successful would like to handle some of this work, there will certainly be an opportunity to do so, however, this is not an essential requirement of the role as others in the team can concentrate on this work.
Assisting in the business development and the marketing of the department will form part of this role and therefore proven experience of this is advantageous.
Candidates who have at least 4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge/experience to undertake the role, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE guide but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
