Corporate Solicitor

A leading commercial firm in the North East are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their established team.

The team advise some of the world’s largest corporations on a range of matters from mergers to acquisitions to venture capital, equity issues and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and be able to handle a mixed corporate caseload. This is ideally an associate position and an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and manage and excellent quality of work.
