They are a highly regarded Commercial Practice with an enviable reputation in the Insurance Market.
The successful costs negotiator will manage a caseload of both fast track and multi track PI matters.. As an experienced costs negotiator, you will pursue settlement of costs on behalf of an enviable client base. Key responsibilities will include reviewing files, identifying any potential issues, strengths and weaknesses and dealing all correspondence in relation to your files.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of Law Costs Negotiation. You will have excellent oral communication skills, specifically via telephone and be organised with the ability to prioritise work under time pressures.
