Defendant RTA Paralegal job in Liverpool

A new role has arisen at the Liverpool office of this market leading practice who are also a dynamic commercial law firm.

The role will involve managing a portfolio of litigated defendant RTA cases, of around 50-80 matters and conduct any relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim as appropriate.



For this role, defendant RTA litigation experience is essential, together with knowledge of CPR procedures and strong technical ability. Knowledge of identifying suspected fraudulent claims is also desirable.

The role involves working to deadlines and targets in a team environment, so familiarity with working in a commercially focussed environment is important.
