Highly regarded European Patent & Trade Mark practice seeks an additional Part-Qualified to Finalist level Electronics Patent Attorney for their growing team.
This a team with a long history of dealing with some of the leading names in the technology sector. As the ongoing mobile revolution develops Attorneys at this firm are at the forefront, handling work on behalf of companies with a strong track record in this area.
Work will typically be on behalf of a leading telecoms business and a leading computer manufacturer thereby ensuring that your work will not solely be working within one sector but working on a range of work across these two sectors. The work is handled on a direct basis so there is plenty of opportunity to hone those client-facing skills! A clear career development structure is in place to ensure that talented Attorneys reach their potential.
An academic background in Electronics is essential and a PhD would be a benefit. Initial training in the IP sector is important – exceptional candidates who have recently passed MSc or PG Cert in IP will be considered but ideally we would like to find a candidate with some practical experience.
