Regulatory solicitor required for established in-house team of a financial services powerhouse in West Yorkshire. A commercial background in, interest towards and/or exposure to financial services and data protection consumer credit would be extremely useful.

Similarly, experience of CCA and FSA Regulations including customer complaints, collections and/or mortgages would be welcomed. Ultimately, this is position which is likely to evolve in time and present the successful candidate with the opportunity to become involved with some fairly pioneering projects which are very much in the public spotlight.

Flexible and pragmatic approach is absolutely essential.
