Extremely rare opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer to work In-house within established team, based in Leeds. The job will involve investigating and assessing the merits of claims against members and, where proceedings are issued, working with Group’s internal and external panel solicitors providing strategic direction and liaison with members.
This is a challenging In-house role in a progressive environment aimed at delivering the highest standards of legal advice. Ideally, the successful candidate would have some extensive experience in healthcare law, including medical negligence litigation. The post requires a high level of commitment and flexibility. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be motivated by the responsibility that this role requires. Further training and full support will be provided.
The role requires a lawyer who will take a proactive and strategic approach to claims management, whilst at the same time understanding the key importance of accurate claims estimates and data.
The salary for this position is up to £40,000
