In-House Counsel

Listed business with prestigious offices in the east midlands seek highly commercially minded commercial generalist to complement the established In-house team.

Experience/exposure to IT contracts, web advertising, e-commerce agreements, commercial contracts, high value outsourcing matters, and possibly a significant proportion of multi jurisdictional EMEA issues would be extremely useful.

A positive, robust personality is essential, as is a can do attitude.

This role is likely to suit someone with around 3 -4 years PQE, gained from a well regarded practice or blue chip organisation, however this does not preclude people outside this level from applying. Salary is likely to be around 45-50K.
