In-house Employment Law Advisor

Rare opportunity for an employment law solicitor to work in-house within an established team.

Working between the legal and HR teams, the caseload is likely to be a fairly even mix of with a slight bias towards contentious issues.

Candidates are likely to have around 3 - 5 years PQE, although this does not preclude anyone with appropriate skills from applying.

Ideally you’ll have some tribunal experience, although you would not be expected to run trials. Ultimately you would perform a bridge between the HR Function, the Legal team and the 16000 or so employees.

The position is commutable from Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire.

Salary commensurate with experience.
