Sacco Mann are pleased to be supporting a successful organisation as they seek to appoint a Patent Attorney to join their expanding IP team. This is a new head count and as such, the client is open minded in terms of level of experience required and will consider Attorneys ranging from part-qualified through to fully qualified.
Key points for consideration include:
l Physics/ Mechanics background preferred
l Working with Medical Devices
l Handling a global portfolio
l Previous in-house experience not essential
l Minimal drafting, lots of IP capture, product clearance, opposition, design and some litigating
l Fast paced, extremely commercial and successful business; front facing and interactive
l Salary and package dependent on experience
l Support will be provided to Part Qualified Attorneys looking to Fully Qualify
l M25 region
