In-house Property Lawyer (Residential Development)

We are currently in confidential discussions with a client who are contemplating recruiting a Solicitor as a result of some of the positive signs within their market.

Based within a commute from Leeds, they are looking for a legal professional with a good breadth of Property (development) experience, an eye for detail and an ability to work with a sense of urgency when the time arises. Direct residential experience would be of particular interest.

Liasing with the finance, sales, IT teams, your communications skills are second to none and you'll be a hard working and committed member of the established team.

Those with a Legal Managers background are welcome to apply, as are solicitors and Ilex qualified professionals with good residential development experience.

Salary likely to be c£40-£60k + Car + Bens
