Law Cost Draftsman

Mid tier commercial practice in Leeds city centre is looking to recruit a further member to their cost drafting team to deal with a quality caseload.

With upwards of two years cost drafting experience you will be responsible for preparing Bills of Costs for Detailed Assessment arising out of Personal Injury, PPI and Commercial Litigation. Additional responsibilities including preparing Statements of Costs, preparing Points of Dispute and Replies together with the negotiation and settlement of costs.

This is well regarded practice with a strong presence and you will be joining an existing team of five. They are looking at growing the business significantly over the next few years so there will be lots of opportunity for future progression.
