A leading clinical negligence team in the North West is looking to recruit a solicitor into their team to handle an increasing claimant clinical negligence caseload on a locum or fixed term contract basis. The firm is located in the North West of England and is offering excellent remuneration as well as varied and interesting work revolving around clinical negligence and medical malpractice.

The ideal candidate will have trained with a leading clinical negligence firm where they will have gained at least 2 years post qualified experience. They will have handled their own caseload, encompassing all aspects of clinical negligence work including claims against both the NHS and private health companies. The claims will vary in value, but the vast majority will be medium to high value complex claims, including neurological and obstetric clinical negligence litigation.
