NHS and Commercial Fraud Solicitor

A top 100 UK law firm requires a NHS and Commercial Fraud Solicitor to join their Healthcare department in the North East.

The ideal candidate will be an associate or have 5+ years PQE and will work on a caseload of civil prosecutions of NHS and commercial fraud cases. The position will involve conducting civil recovery actions in fraud matters, supervising paralegal support and working closely with the head of department. Although a familiarity with fraud and the NHS is desirable, our client will also consider the applications of candidates from an insurance fraud background.
