A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor into their corporate recovery and insolvency team to assist on advising a blue chip client portfolio on a mix of contentious and non contentious insolvency matters. The role is located in the firm’s London office, and will involve working alongside banks, insolvency practitioners, Government departments and financial institutions as part of a rapidly growing insolvency team in addition to liaising with members of the team located in the firm’s other offices. The insolvency team works closely alongside other practices within the firm such as the real estate, pensions, employment and banking litigation teams.
The ideal candidate will be either a newly qualified solicitor or have up to two years of post qualification experience, gained with a leading City or Regional practice, highly rated for their expertise within insolvency and corporate recovery/restructuring. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload immediately, and as such, it is vital that applicants have completed at least one seat within insolvency. The role offers excellent career progression opportunities, and would be well suited to a solicitor with enthusiasm for business development and client interaction.
