A leading Patent & Trade Mark Private Practice have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Patent Secretary to assist an Associate who deals with an Electronics caseload. The ideal applicant will have worked in either Private Practice or In-house and will have knowledge in dealing with the following: Audio/copy typing documents, preparing specifications, preparing patent and design forms including use of epoline software. Dealing with the preparation of Powers of Attorney assignments etc. Preparation of foreign patents and design filings, including booking files onto Inprotech system. Dealing with validations, monitoring Associate deadlines, Filing, faxing and e-mailing. Some reception duties may be required at busy periods



Hours: 9.00am- 5.00pm (Flexi)



24 days hols increasing to 25 after one year.
