As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload of matters such as:
- Claims for disrepair
- Lease renewals
- Restrictive covenants
- Landlord & Tenant disputes, working with commercial landlords on business to business transactions
- Real Estate Agreement disputes
- Property Finance disputes
- Land and boundary disputes
- Re-possessions
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 5+ years' PQE within Property Litigation law, is able to work well under pressure, is driven and ambitious with their long-term career goals.
