A leading Trade Mark team within an impressive , top-tier Private Practice seeks an immediately available Trade Mark Paralegal/ Administrator to join their busy team. You will work closely with the Trade Mark Fee Earners and Partners to manage the Trade Mark portfolio as well as the Trade Mark database. You will work in a team focussed environment and will be responsible for:
• drafting correspondence
• Trade Mark searches
• research,
• supporting invalidity and opposition work
• handling research
• due diligence
• preparing and filing Design (UK, Foreign and Community registered)
• Other related administrative tasks
This is a hugely varied, hands-on role and an opportunity to join a fast-paced, corporate environment. The preferred candidate will have experience in a similar position and will be immediately available and able to commit and able to commit to a fixed term contract.
