Sacco Mann offers a comprehensive service to Legal Executives and Paralegals at all levels. Established in 2005 our Legal Executive and Paralegal division has grown into one of the most experienced in the industry and we are continuing to succeed in placing Legal Executives and career paralegals into an array of businesses from sole practitioners all the way up to National Law firms. Recent market trends suggest many law firms view Legal Executives as an excellent alternative to Solicitors, this we believe is due to a number of factors:-
- Cost effective Trained to the same standard as a Solicitor, in their specialist area
- Must adhere to a code of conduct very similar to that of a Solicitor
- Higher rights and powers granted on a regular basis
- In many cases are self sufficient fee earners capable of working without supervision
We are now finding this trend extending to areas of law outside of the traditional ‘hot spots’ for Legal Executives (Personal Injury/ Property). There is growth in Litigation areas such as Employment, Debt, etc. as well as Commercial law. Given the changes to the qualification happening in 2009, which will see changes such as a Legal Executive being able to gain Partnership, we can only see this trend continuing.
Our Legal Executive and Paralegal division has extensive and in depth knowledge of the sector, superb contacts and has advised and acted for firms throughout the UK, particularly in the North of England and the Midlands, from the largest nationals and the strong local Commercial firms, to the more traditional High Street practices, entrepreneurial start ups and those with boutique offerings.
