The vast majority of legal opportunities that I resource for are in the Defendant Personal Injury or Insurance Litigation sector. As I am heavily involved with many clients that have a strong presence in this market, although I do not deal exclusively with these types of roles. I enjoy helping non qualified fee earners at various stages of their legal careers, with identifying career moves that will support their long term legal career aspirations.
What else should you know about me?
Despite my favourite subjects being Theology and English Literature, I chose to study Law at University and long before graduating, knew that a legal career was something I did not want to pursue. The possibility of a recruitment career came to my attention shortly afterwards, when I began resourcing for a small general recruitment company. I decided I wanted to do legal recruitment with a firm that could train me to do so to the best of my ability... and here I am.
If I wasn't doing what I am doing now, what alternative career would I choose and why?
I would probably go working abroad as an 18-30 rep, or on a cruise ship, so that I would be paid to see a bit more of the world and have fun, while I decide on my alternative career! I think it would be cool to be an interior designer (a rich one). Or a book reviewer (fiction only) - getting paid to read books and write what I thought of them would be even cooler; in fact, I would enjoy reviewing films and plays too. So, I started as an interior designer and ended up a critic - I can never decide!

Five Words that Describe Me: Spontaneous, open-minded, feisty, loyal, and sometimes (according to others), impatient!
