Intellectual Property Division: Patent & Trade Mark Recruitment
Sacco Mann’s Patent and Trade Mark Division is a specialist business unit focused exclusively on the Intellectual Property sector. We recruit for private practices and the IP departments of companies; acting for organisations based in jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, France, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. With an ever-increasing network of international contacts we have expertise in multi-jurisdictional hires; moving qualified Attorneys from one country to another.
We have ongoing active requirements with major European corporations, particularly (but not limited to) Northern and Western Europe. We source candidates for an impressive selection of UK private practices and are at the cutting edge of online sourcing solutions within the IP recruitment sector.
Qualified Positions:
The majority of our work is qualified recruitment. We have considerable experience placing lateral hires within private practices or leadership/executive positions within corporations. We have a wide portfolio of contacts internationally working for some of the largest corporations in the world.
Part Qualified Positions:
Within the UK, in addition to qualified recruitment, we represent candidates who are at least QMW (or equivalent) qualified and have relevant skills gained from spending some time in the profession (as a guide perhaps a minimum of a year).
