Private Client law, defined as a range of Probate, wills, tax, Trust, Court of Protection, & LPA’s  remains a reasonably buoyant area of law. In fact the volume of this work has remained pretty constant through the recent economic troubles. What changed was employer confidence, the impact of other areas of law on profitability reduced the ability to expand Private Client. Over time thought this has started to change and we are seeing a regular (if not significant) flow of Private Client jobs.

These vary from the ‘all encompassing’ roles that range across the spectrum from Probate to Trusts through to specialist positions focusing on Trust, Tax, Probate or Agricultural positions.
