Private Practice Salary Survey North West

These salary surveys reflect the remuneration that is paid by various different types of practices throughout the North West region. We have broken these down into a four sections to provide some greater accuracy.

This year it is extremely difficult to provide accurate figures; the economic downturn has played havoc with the standard concept of a ‘market rate’ and we are seeing an increasingly diverse range of salaries based on bespoke criteria.  Whilst it is not possible to be categorical about figures, the following is a good guide to the marketplace as it currently stands. A national trend which seems to be creeping in is for larger firms to base much more of their overall remuneration on bonus payments, some keeping base level salaries fairly static but boosting salaries with bonuses of up to 25%.    For more precise assessment we would recommend that you call the offices and speak to a consultant.  Click on the link for the printable version
