Residential Conveyancing  or Domestic Conveyancing as it is sometimes called remains a core part of the traditional offering of most high street firms and licensed conveyancers. Moreover, in recent years we have seen the growth of large specialist teams making best use of the technological advances of the 21st century.

With the decline of the economy and the banks tightening lending criteria the Residential Conveyancing sector was hit extremely hard. With many practices withdrawing their offering altogether, seeing many fee earners made redundant, however, this trend is starting, slowly, to reverse. 

2010 saw the market begin to return with practices making cautious and considered additions to their teams where work loads can justify the addition to the partnership, the same applied in 2011 and we expect to see a steady increase in demand during 2012.  

These vacancies tend not to be given out on general release and we find that as often as not we will fill a residential conveyancing vacancy with people who we already have registered with us.
