Resourcer Leeds Office

Working within our Private Practice team in Leeds, a significant part of the role will include sourcing and telephone screening a variety of candidates for legal vacancies for the consultants in the team.  You will be required to help build excellent long lasting relationships recruiting into the Private Practice market throughout the Yorkshire region, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained to both candidate and client throughout.  You will also be involved in creating email marketing and writing relevant blog posts.

This is a very fast paced role and you must have a very keen eye for detail and be able to manage a heavy workload.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The successful person will be a hard working individual ideally with experience of working in the recruitment industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take ownership of the candidate database

• Source suitable candidates for live jobs
• Keep in regular contact with a pool of available candidates
• Update the database in an agreed and consistent manner

Provide support to the Consultants

• Write, organise and send mail shots and marketing literature
• Prepare CV’s for sending including relevant candidate information
• Write adverts for jobs and vet candidate advert response
• Any other task which would allow Consultants to maximise the amount of their time spent on sales activity

Assist the team in writing articles and blog’s for the website

The successful candidate will want to grow their career and continually build on their skills ensuring a high level service is always given.
