Salary Survey

The salary surveys attached are designed to provide some insight into the remuneration levels currently prevalent in the market.

Please do bear in mind that with any salary survey, figures are generalised and therefore not necessarily accurate for each individual's circumstances. This is especially the case in the current market, where we are seeing aggregate salary surveys incorporating broader and broader bandings, with the emphasis being on estimating a bespoke figure which takes into account the individual's skills, track record, ability to attract work, etc.  Some firms are now specifically changing their remuneration structures to reflect this and starting to move away from the traditional model of basing remuneration on ‘post qualification experience levels’.
