Who am I and what can I do for you?
I specialise in In-House legal recruitment for the London and southern regions. To recruit successfully for a client, it is fundamental to know the culture of the business, the market they are recruiting in and have the strength to highlight any changes that may be necessary in order to reach the required outcome.

I strive to build long term relationships with clients, partner them so that they trust Sacco Mann to represent their brand accurately and effectively to prospective employees. I am happy to share my insights and knowledge with clients and help to solve their business problems. I also know that I don't have all the answers, but I feel that one of the elements that is key to great service, is to ask clients what they think. Feel free to let me know how Sacco Mann can stand out from our competitors.

What else should you know about me?

My experience in recruitment dates from the mid 90's in roles ranging from Resourcer to Consultant to Business Development.  I also have additional experience in sales and management roles and have presented at board level to various blue chip organisations.

I have a 2.1 Degree in Economics from Manchester University. More recently I have achieved a Commendation on the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. I remain not bitter about missing out on a Distinction by one mark!

If I wasn't doing what I'm doing now, what alternative career would I choose and why?

Lawyer.

Likes: Playing but not watching sports, reading about British politics and current affairs and socialising with friends, where I have been known to be mildly entertaining company.

Dislikes: The first 15 minutes after getting out of bed in the morning, people who invade my personal space and the state of the UK's public finances.

Five words that describe me: In five words?! No chance.
