As well as answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting in reception, ordering office consumables, maintaining the front of house area, dealing with post and couriers; you also often have health and safety and fire marshal responsibilities, booking and setting up the meetings rooms, booking catering for meetings and setting up IV & conference equipment. This is often a busy and varied role.
