Sacco Mann has been instructed on an opportunity to join an ambitious and dynamic firm in their expanding Medical Negligence team in Manchester; Meaning now is an exciting time to join them!
Our Manchester based client is searching for a Solicitor with prior experience in a Medical Negligence department to join a team of specialists, working on a diverse variety of high value cases.
Cases you will handle can include matters such as amputation, misdiagnosis and birth injury.
The ideal candidate will possess a drive for success and demonstrate commercial awareness, alongside the following essential skills:
- Proven experience in Medical Negligence claims
- Willingness to attend business development and networking events
- Proficiency in IT and case management software (ideally Proclaim)
- Strong client care and service skills
- Experience with CFA cases
- Some experience of the Pre Action-Protocol and the CPR
