Award-winning, Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor into their Preston office.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Solicitor role that is a fantastic opportunity to progress their current career within a well-regarded legal practice. Your day-today duties may include:
- Handling a varied caseload of distribution and agency agreements, general terms and conditions, competition law, professional agreements, data protection and IP agreements
- Providing clients with written and verbal advice for both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Communicating with clients and third parties
- Taking part in Business Development Initiatives

The successful candidate for this Corporate Commercial Solicitor role will ideally have 3+ years PQE, has excellent client care skills and are confident in their own ability
