Are you a paralegal with a background in Personal Injury or Private Client work and interested in a new Paralegal role within a specialist Court of Protection team in Darlington? Are you worried about PI reforms and want to move into a different area of law or are you wanting to change from a background in Wills, Trusts and Probate matters? If so this Court of Protection Paralegal supporting a growing department in Darlington is not an opportunity to miss out on!

Role & The Firm
-Our client is a legal 500 firm which offer a full range of legal services, including personal injury and accident claims, conveyancing, family law and divorce advice, Wills, corporate advice, employment law, dispute resolution, commercial & agricultural property with a number of offices spread through the North East.
-The firms specialist Court of Protection team specialise in property finance and welfare within the field of Court Of Protection.
-In this role you would be working closely with the firms client base and their close friends and family to make sure they are properly looked after and their assets are kept safe.
-You will assist the team with various legal research, opening files and general administrative duties and due to the nature of the work should have excellent customer care skills.
