Sacco Mann are currently recruiting for a friendly law firm who are looking for a Family Legal Secretary to join their team, based in Solihull. This role is permanent and full time.

The firm has been established for over 25 years and operates out of 7 offices throughout the West Midlands. They have experts in housing & property, family, wills & probate, employment and litigation. They also have specialists in commercial law and offer a range of legal services for businesses.

The role and responsibilities of the Family Legal Secretary based in Solihull, will be as follows:

  • Providing full support to the Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently
  • Preparing correspondence using the case management system
  • Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
  • Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Excellent diary management; high levels of organisation, methodical and adaptable skills
  • Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
  • Excellent audio typing from dictation skills
  • Excellent telephone manner; be comfortable talking to clients both on the telephone and in person

The ideal candidate for this fantastic opportunity, will have prior knowledge and experience of working within a Legal Family department and have at least one years' experience as a Legal Secretary.
